This does not apply to items that were grossly misrepresented. That is at our discretion, so please email us if you have a problem with something so that we can work it out. We are always willing to talk about any problems and/or concerns that you may have with merchandise that you receive from us.  Please give us a fair chance to resolve any issues that you may have.
